General Information

• Svenja Knopf is responsible for scheduling the lectures and the lecture halls for the coming semester.
• The first exams are scheduled centrally by the Studient Corrdination Office at the end of the previous semester.
• The final week of lectures in each semester is already exam week, which means that the lecture halls are no longer available for regular classes. 
  Seminar rooms are not affected by this rule
• Please make sure to return all rooms that are no longer required.

  Please include the following details:
  • course title, including the course number if applicable
  • day and time
  • date or time period

Exam weeks

• On Saturdays, lecture halls M1 - M6 and the library are available
• From Monday to Friday, the lecture halls M1 and M2 are generally reserved for all exams (60 + 42 places). If your have more participants in your exams, please feel free to contact me so that additional lecture halls can be booked.
  Please note: During the first exam week, lecture hall M4 is not available due to the Wilhlem-Killing Colloquium.
